Previous Partner at Plug and Play Ventures, Pioneer of insurtech practice there, which is now the leading worldwide insurtech innovation platform, Drove more than $20 million in revenue from over 90 paid insurance partnerships, and oversaw investments in over 70 firms through Plug and Play.

Before joining COVU, Tasos founded Revolut and WeFox, two top-performing fintech and insurance startups that he scaled to over $1 billion in sales over the course of six years while operating in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.

Amir worked as the first machine learning engineer and the sixth team member for Mya, a chatbot platform for recruiters, before joining COVU. Prior to that, he was employed by a few startup companies that were in the early stages of creating both B2C and B2B machine learning and AI solutions.

Amin is an experienced data scientist focusing on the use of complex data for business intelligence. He holds a Ph.D. in computer engineering with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence. He has worked in Uptake and CCC Information Services, respectively.

Charles has more than two decades of track record of achievement in the insurance sector. A proven leader, he specializes in creating and putting corporate growth and operational strategies into practice that increase efficiency and profitability. 

Wil has over two decades of expertise in technology and targeted Behavioral Marketing, focusing on B2B/B2C/D2C platforms in various industries. He has successfully launched products/services/new brands for companies like Coca-Cola, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals etc.

Koray is a veteran from FinTech juggernaut Revolut and Europe's largest InsurTech WeFox. His experience in Compliance & Risk framework, is easily adapted to the data-driven world of digital insurance distribution. 

Subodh worked as CFO for a couple of later-stage venture-backed companies, including Common and Oyo. Prior to that, he spent his entire career working in Divisional CFO and Finance leadership roles for companies such as PayPal, VISA, and Wells Fargo.

Brian joins COVU with over 20 years of global people leadership experience designing and implementing strategic People, Organization, and Culture programs. Before joining COVU, Brian held several strategic HR leadership roles with global market leaders Canon, Cablevision, and CA Technologies.  

With over 16 years of experience in nearly every aspect of the insurance world, Brian is an industry leader who is experienced in maximizing agency operations and has developed relationships with nearly all of the top carriers in the property casualty marketplace throughout his career.

William is an Insurance industry veteran with 25+ years of experience across most lines of business and all distribution channels. He has held executive positions at world-class carriers, Including Chubb and The Hartford, where he leveraged that experience.
