COVU Appoints Teh Chen as Head of Sales and Agency Partnerships

Teh Chen is recognized as one of the top talents in the industry, bringing unparalleled experience and a proven track record of success in scaling revenue, building elite sales teams, and forging strong channel partnerships within the insurtech, insurance, and fintech sectors.
Teh Chen joins COVU following his remarkable tenure at Hourly Inc., where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. At Hourly Inc., Teh drove a 4X revenue growth year-over-year and steered the company from its Seed stage through Series A funding. His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in transforming the company’s revenue trajectory.
Beyond Hourly Inc., Teh has held influential leadership roles at Great American Insurance, Pie Insurance, and Employers Insurance Group. His expertise in crafting go-to-market strategies, managing national brokerage relationships, and leading expansive national growth initiatives has consistently delivered extraordinary results.
